My passion for the Performing Arts began at the age of thirteen. While being raised in an old southern household in Miami, FL, I found dance to be my outlet for everything. My professional training in Contemporary, Hip-Hop, Jazz, Ballet, Majorette, West African, and Modern molded me into having an unorthodox way of thinking, training, dancing and creating.
I am the living proof of the rose that grew from the concrete — an artist that came with nothing, but always left with something greater. That is the philosophy I live by as an educator, director, creator, and artist.
My versatile traits allow for structure in the studio with free will for students to safely share their thoughts and feelings. I believe every student should feel safe and comfortable in my presence at all times.
I believe in respectfully pushing students beyond their boundaries in order for them to grow and blossom into the phenomenal artist I see in them.
